FAQ

Some of the most common questions are outlined below.

CAN I PURCHASE 1 TICKET?

Although we find the Christmas Lights Tour experience is more enjoyable with a pair or group, you most definitely may purchase one ticket.

CAN I BRING ALCOHOL?

The Omaha Christmas Lights Tour is designed to be a family-friendly experience. Alcohol is not permitted on-board these tours. We recommend purchasing a private tour if you would like to consume adult beverages while enjoying the tour.

CAN I CHANGE MY DATE?

Some dates will fill quickly, but if space is available we can accommodate. However, you would need to contact our office no less than 48 hours prior to the date change. Tickets do expire after the indicated tour date. Changes cannot be made after the tour has taken place

DO I NEED TO BRING MY TICKET?

We ask that all passengers bring their tickets on the date of their tour. Please present this ticket to the driver when you are boarding.

DO CHILDREN UNDER 2 NEED A TICKET?

Children under the age of two are permitted to sit on your lap. Any child over the age of 2 will need their own ticket.

HOW LONG DOES THE TOUR LAST?

Time varies depending on traffic and other factors involved. The usual Christmas Light Tour will last 60-90 minutes.

WHAT IS YOUR COVID-19 PROTOCOL?

Here at Arrow Stage Lines we are taking the COVID-19 pandemic very seriously. Before you board the bus, it will have gone through a complete disinfecting process by our elite detailing team. Also, we are requiring masks for everyone aboard the vehicle and we will be providing hand sanitizer at the entrance of the vehicle. To learn more, check out our Ready to Ride document
